This wonderful brown rice will surely replace the current starch in your life. It’s subtly flavored and will provide you with a base for any entree!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 cup organic brown rice
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1/4 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- himalayan pink salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Boil water.
- Once water is boiling, add onion, garlic, spices, oil, and rice.
- Let boil again for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to medium-low. Do not let rice absorb all the water.
- Cover and continue to cook on medium-low until water is fully absorbed.

Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
