Fluffy Plain Brown Rice

This wonderful brown rice will surely replace the current starch in your life. It’s subtly flavored and will provide you with a base for any entree!



  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 cup organic brown rice
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1/4 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • himalayan pink salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste


  1. Boil water.
  2. Once water is boiling, add onion, garlic, spices, oil, and rice.
  3. Let boil again for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to medium-low. Do not let rice absorb all the water.
  4. Cover and continue to cook on medium-low until water is fully absorbed.


Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
