Broccoli meets a dijon kind of heaven in this mouth-watering side salad. And if you’re a mustard-lover like me, you’ve met your match.
From the moment you take that first bite, you can’t help but notice how all the flavors blend so beautifully here. The tangy mustard and lemon dance beautifully on your tongue, while the perfectly paired sweet cranberries make an appearance to create food harmony.
You might want to even skip the entree and appetizer round and save it for this little side.
I won’t keep you any longer. Just try it out for yourself. And at only 15 minutes to prep (not including the roasting part), you’re not going to want to wait for the next holiday to make this.
The best part? This recipe gives back. Just how? Well, the dijon vinaigrette contains a special ingredient: Annie’s Dijon Mustard.
